Music Wall

A new addition has come banging into the backyard. The Music Wall!
Banging is music, right? 
It is here!
The boys woke up early this morning so we took books and coffee out onto the deck. Our backyard is becoming (finally!) a space that is inviting and comfortable for play of all kinds. We spent the entire day in the backyard, digging, swimming, banging pots and pans, sand playing, and climbing. We stayed outside until a storm came and the lighting caused us to take shelter on the porch. Eleven hours, with a one hour nap break. That is ten hours in our own backyard. A very peaceful day.

We still have a pot to hang on the music wall and I need to figure out a clever way to keep the spoons  handy as right now they are just on the ground. A big thanks to Daddy for setting everything up for the music extravaganza!
